Francisco Rodriguez, a Chakra Advisors' Global Advisory Board member, presented results from a forthcoming World Bank working paper titled, "Assessing Incentives to Increase Digital Payment Acceptance and Usage: A Machine Learning Approach," at the 7th Joint Bank of Canada and Payments Canada Symposium. The working paper is joint with Jeff Allen, Santiago Carbo, Bob Chakravorti, and Oya Pinar Ardic.
